RealEdventures was conceived in a class project at an executive program for global real estate leaders. In the past 10 years our team has taken over 300 friends on trips building on each experience and location.
We intend to help address one of life's biggest regrets: "I wish I had travelled more, seen more of the world with friends."
Our international trips typically include an optional education segment, often held on a Saturday or Sunday. The remaining 2–5 days are built around planned tours, shared meals, cultural experiences, and time to explore.
Locally, once a quarter we host events that have a social networking component, an education segment, and a members-only dinner.
Join the activities that interest you, enjoy the trip at your own pace. Each trip will include a few anchored group dinners designed to bring everyone together.
We organize the education, coordinate the experiences, and negotiate preferred rates. Members book their own flights and hotels, giving them flexibility while still being part of a curated group experience.
My love for bringing people together started back at University in Iowa where I organized an international party for about 150 people, sold the tickets, and ended up cooking for the entire group. It was chaotic, exhausting — but I loved every minute of it.
Since then, turning strangers into friends has become a lifelong craft.
Over the years, I have hosted, organized, and promoted more than 100 events — mostly as a hobby — ranging from small international trips with four people to 500-person events in Toronto, entrepreneur gatherings for my EO forum in Barbados, private dinner parties, and trips across India, the Middle East, Europe, the Caribbean, and South America.
In my younger years, it was about energy, music, parties, and meeting new people. Later, after marriage, children, business, and real estate, I became more interested in deeper conversations, trusted friendships, learning, and experiences that actually stay with you.
Having lived in five countries, I also realized something important: many of the best people in our lives are scattered across different cities, countries, and stages of life. We say, "We should do a trip one day," but life gets busy, years pass, and the trip never happens.
That is the heart of RealEdventures- to address life's top cited regret- "I wish I would have travelled more with friends"
